• Dialyz Tajhiz Company, as the representative of BBraun Germany in Iran, is committed to providing after-sales service for dialysis and CRRT devices for 10 years after the expiration of the warranty period of the aforementioned devices (spare parts warranty).
  • The warranty includes the replacement and repair of spare parts that are damaged due to design, production or raw materials.
  • The warranty period for devices purchased by the customer in foreign currency is generally one year after the installation and commissioning time or 18 months after the device is shipped (whichever comes first).
  • The warranty period for devices purchased by the customer in Rials is generally one year after the installation and commissioning time or 18 months after the physical delivery of the devices to the customer (whichever comes first).
  • All mechanical and electrical parts of the device are included in the warranty, provided that the device is installed and commissioned by Dialyz Tajhiz Company experts, the device is not used abnormally, and the device is not returned by people other than the company’s experts.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the additional costs of providing warranty services, including travel, transportation, etc.
